Apple has released a preview of its Apple Intelligence, a collection of AI features aiming to improve Siri, automate email and image generation, and sort notifications.
Apple released the new Apple Intelligence in the developer beta of iOS 18.1 and made it available on the iPad and Mac. However, it’s currently available to only registered Apple developers. The Apple developer program costs $99 a year to enroll.
Apple plans to release its highly anticipated AI to the public later this year. However, despite launching on iOS 18.1, it’s unlikely to debut alongside the new iPhone models and iOS 18 this fall.
Apple Intelligence is a core component of Apple’s future. Investors anticipate significant device improvements in the coming years, driven by its seamless integration with the Apple operating system. Exclusive to iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models and beyond, this technology is poised to be a significant change.
We expect this iPhone cycle to remain strong for longer as AI features set (software and possible hardware) improve in the 2025 iPhone.
