Selected participants will embark on an intensive six to nine-month journey to achieve critical certifications. The program will strategically draw talent from Andela’s existing marketplace, ensuring a pool of already-vetted, motivated professionals.

The training curriculum is meticulously designed to provide comprehensive learning experiences. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of Kubernetes, develop robust cloud-native technology skills, and prepare for professional certification. The program also emphasizes networking and mentorship, creating opportunities for holistic professional growth.

By providing world-class training in cutting-edge technologies, Andela and CNCF are not just addressing a talent shortage but creating a new paradigm of global tech workforce development.
